It had been three days since I had met Owen and he had been all that was on my  mind. I just can't understand why I was so tame around him. After the last encounter they had to moved me to a new pen with stronger doors and higher walls because they now knew I could get out of my old pen if I wanted easily. They had moved me to a pen next door to the new attraction they called the Indominous rex with exactly the same dreary grey walls and stupid plants as my old enclosure. ( well crap )Ever since then at exactly 9 pm every day Owen would come to see me and scratch my (S/C) scaly head. Why I let him do so I will never know but I felt comfort and calm whenever he would do so. He would also chat to me as well saying, "how are you?" "Had a nice day?" "Wanna talk?" And so forth. He would also chat to me about his love life and how he has to deal with this human called 'Claire' everyday and how he loves/hates her. To be honest I didn't like the sound of her at all (not that I'm jealous) she seemed to be bitchy and self-centred and Owen was so nice so he should get better then that rat in heels.

I stopped pondering on these thoughts when I heard the crunching of stones under tyres. Another car had pulled in front of the pens. I sniffed the air to check who it was ( yea I have a good sense of smell, the perks of being a lethal predator so deal with it) and instantly recognised the scent of Owen, however, I also noticed the scent of another. I cringed at the scent of the perfume, it was so strong, almost overwhelming ! I roared as loud as I could to grab Owen's attention so we could 'talk' like usual and so he could tell me where that infernal smell was coming from. Owen didn't respond as I would have thought. Instead of coming over to my pen he shouted ," Sry big girl but I came here to see your neighbour not you, but i'll still see you tonight!" Oh god he did not just ditch me for the I-Rex. Seriously?! That thing is nothing but a fucked up creature with hunger problems since she ALWAYS seems to be eating. Heck she even ate her sibling, what the hell?! I grumbled in frustration and stomped my way back into the little jungle that resided in my pen. I sat down and lay my head on the ground. Ugh life is so full of bull crap right now. Feeling so may different emotions at one time surely shouldn't be normal

I was once again snapped out of my thoughts when I heard screams of terror...
